Privacy Policy

The short version
CanteraPro does not require an account, does not use the internet to function, and does not send your business data anywhere. Your clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, and photos are stored only on your own device. We don't have a server, so we don't have your data.
No account, no sign-up
CanteraPro does not ask you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in with any third-party identity provider to use the app. There is no user database on our end, because there is no "our end" storing your information — everything lives on your phone.
No data leaves your device
All information you enter into CanteraPro — client contact details, job notes, photos, estimates, invoices, mileage, and any other business data — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud server that syncs, stores, or has access to this information. If you choose to create an encrypted backup file, that file is created, encrypted, and stored entirely under your control (in your device's Files app, your own cloud storage account, or wherever you choose to save it) — we never see it or have access to it.
No analytics or tracking SDKs
CanteraPro does not include third-party analytics software development kits (SDKs), advertising trackers, or behavioral tracking tools. We do not collect usage analytics, build an advertising profile of you, or sell or share your data with data brokers or advertisers, because we do not collect that data in the first place.
Subscription billing
If you choose to purchase a Pro subscription or a Lifetime plan, that transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on where you downloaded the app. CanteraPro has no server of its own to collect, process, or store your payment information — Apple and Google handle billing, receipts, and payment data directly, under their own respective privacy policies:
Permissions the app may request
CanteraPro may ask for device permissions strictly to power features you choose to use — for example, camera access to attach job photos, or storage access to save and restore encrypted backup files. These permissions are used only on your device, in the moment you use the related feature, and are never used to transmit data off your phone.
Children's privacy
CanteraPro is a business tool intended for adult landscaping business owners and workers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children, consistent with the fact that we do not collect personal information from any user at all.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, an updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Because the app doesn't collect contact information from you, we have no way to notify you directly — please check back here periodically.
