Do I need an account to use CanteraPro?

No. There is no sign-up, login, or account creation of any kind. Install the app and start using it right away — everything is tied to your device, not to an account.

What happens if I lose my phone?

If you've made an encrypted backup (Business Settings → Backup Now), you can install CanteraPro on your new phone, restore from that backup file, and get everything back — clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, and photos. If you haven't made a backup, that data unfortunately can't be recovered, since it's never stored anywhere but your device. We recommend backing up regularly, or turning on Pro's automatic weekly backups.

Does this work with no signal?

Yes. CanteraPro is built to work completely offline — creating clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, and everything else works with zero bars, airplane mode, or no data plan at all. You only need a connection if you want to email or text a PDF to a client.

How is my data private if there's no login?

Precisely because there's no login: your data never leaves your phone in the first place. There's no server for it to be stored on, no account for it to be tied to, and no analytics or tracking SDKs collecting information about you. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do refunds work?

All purchases are billed through Apple or Google, so refunds go through their standard processes — the App Store's reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play's order history and refund flow. See our Terms of Service for more detail, or email us and we'll help point you in the right direction.

What happens to lifetime pricing once the founding-member spots are gone?

Once all 2,000 founding-member lifetime spots are claimed, the Lifetime option closes for good. After that, the only way to get CanteraPro's full feature set will be the $14.99/month Pro subscription. The Free plan will always remain available.

Is CanteraPro really fully bilingual, not just partially translated?

Yes — every screen, form, and generated PDF works fully in both English and Spanish. Toggle the language for free, any time, in Business Settings.

Can I use CanteraPro on more than one phone?

CanteraPro's data lives on the device it's installed on. To use it across two phones with the same data, back up on the first device and restore that backup on the second — just keep in mind that from then on, the two devices won't automatically stay in sync with each other, since there's no cloud syncing them.
